      post scroll everyday as soon as you wake up.  Late posts and no posts are an extreme no no.  get involved and quit hard.

    Started dipping after I graduated high school. Started maybe a couple times a week then I turned it up a notch to a full on addiction dipping for about two years. Tried quitting numerous times, but instead I picked up vaping to replace dipping. And unsurprisingly got addicted to it. Now I am quitting nicotine for good. I dont want to be a slave to nicotine anymore, so I have come here to at least put accountability on myself to quit for good. Stopped cold turkey 7/5/2018, but I cheated myself and am restarting 7/10/18. I am going to do better and I have come here to be accountable and find others who will be or currently are living a nicotine free life.
