  1. Look for behaviors like varn's in yourself. You remember how difficult it was when you started. Varn has forgotten. Whether he realizes it or not that isn't him speaking. That is nicotine whispering sweet nothings in his ear. Dip is waiting for one moment of weakness where you can do just one or you can quit anytime. That siren call will whittle you down if you let it. So just don't let it. Don't let petty stuff like your pride stop you from being as quit as you can be. Instead of relaxing and knowing that you've won, double down on quit. When you get further along it's almost all good times. Complacency will kill that in a second. Don't allow it in yourself and don't tolerate it in your brothers.
