Now what I’ve learned in the quitting dip forum so far (btw I was already nicotine free for 231 days before joining the forum) but I wasn’t quit. I have learned to be quit for the last 100 days. Quit is the mentality you get in this forum. Quit is forever. When I joined this site I was thinking I had the right mentality and that I was in a place to help others, but then I got humbled and I understood that I could learn from the corrections of these guys that have been quit for life. At first I was annoyed but then I understood that their purpose was to change the way I look at things. The way you talk, the way you think changes everything. So for the newcomers I’m going to make a simple list – guide for you to simplify your experience here with the things I’ve learned so far: 1. Wake up, put on your big boy pants you are quit now. 2. Post on the scroll your number of how many days you have been quit. 3. This is optional but it worked for me, I posted in the 50 push-ups per day topic, as soon as I started posting on this forum. Find your niche and engage. 4. Read read read as much as you can, you can find useful information in various topics for your quit. 5. Engage in the forum, by writing down how you are thinking so that the other members can find your thinking patterns that need correction. 6. Proceed to your day. Drink lots of water. Eat healthy. 7. Turn on notifications from your introduction topic and other topics you follow. 8. Check the messages and the notifications, answer to people asking for your well-being. 9. Be quit, keep your word. Accountability x Brotherhood = QD 10. Sleep and repeat next day. Thank you all for your support!
