A way of speaking and acting that you will learn at QD.Read this site. Read everything that you have access to as a plebe. You’ll start to recognize Quit. You will also start to recognize fail (doesnt deserve to be capitalized or bold. Fuck fail.). It doesnt take long for the patterns to emerge. Addicts use excuses to continue being addicts. Some of us are addicts for so long that people have given up on us ever not being an addict. People like us dont need any excuses because we simply are addicts with a dip in our mouth 24/7. We are people that put nicotine in front of every thing else in our lives. Lets not mince words...nicotine losers that are too pansy ass to quit cold turkey with integrity. Three days later we have failed again, just like we knew we would. When does it happen? What motivated you to look on the internet for nicotine quit options? The answer is often a medical fear or the desire to make someone else happyish because you are trying to quit for them. We know that last one is bullshit. For myself I was tired of listening to my own bullshit and excuses. Goes without saying that my spouse felt the same. Honestly, I knew I was gonna try to quit but I didnt know I was gonna become Quit in just a few short days. You see this Quit method requires integrity. Can you, simply put, wake up, piss, post scroll and keep your promise not to use nicotine today? You may not think you can answer that question as you read this. That is your addiction telling you to not even try. As a fellow member of a brotherhood of successful Quit I can answer that question for you - Yes. You have a support network of people that are just like you. Actually you are only like us if you have posted scroll and kept your promise today. Get off the fence and take your life back from nicotine. The first week is tense. You will get through it. I know this because I got through it along with lots of other dudes here. You will look back after a month, 6 months and a year and what? Be proud of yourself, now youre no longer putting shit in your body that will kill you and that your spouse and kids have changed toward you because you have changed toward them. Get involved on QD. This method is the ONLY method that I have EVER found that works every single day without constant head trip and internal struggle aka your addiction trying to talk you into licking its boots again. We post every day without excuses. Do that and you will be Quit. You've got some reading to do so you may as well get to it.
