Like go to bed same time every night and wake up the same time everyday including weekends? No electronic devices an hour before bed. Including TV. No tv in the bedroom? are you hydrated? meditation: There is a free app called Insight Timer that I love. I use it every night. i have had insomnia since I don’t know when.
