Braves360 - 1371 went to the doctor, trying some meditation, cutting out the caffeine mostly and trying to get a little exercise.  Haven't been sleeping right in a while and it's starting to worry me.

Do you have a regular sleep schedule? Like go to bed same time every night and wake up the same time everyday including weekends? No electronic devices an hour before bed. Including TV. No tv in the bedroom?

are you hydrated?

meditation: There is a free app called Insight Timer that I love. I use it every night.

i have had insomnia since I don’t know when. These skills have helped me lots.
