Dude ... i think there is something you're not understanding here .... for this to work you have to be active and engage ... how much have your read on here? .... start reading thru the Hall of Fame speeches and intro from the other quitters ... you need to start posting your username and Quit number on the Plebe scroll as soon as you wake up ... you are making a promise to yourself that you will be nicotine free for the entire day .... you do this every day .... 

Post an intro ... that way we get a chance to know you .... and again ... post to the Plebe scroll every morning as soon as you wake or get moving around
