Dude ... i think there is something you're not understanding here .... for this to work you have to be active and engage ... how much have your read on here? .... start reading thru the Hall of Fame speeches and intro from the other quitters ... you need to start posting your username and Quit number on the Plebe scroll as soon as you wake up ... you are making a promise to yourself that you will be nicotine free for the entire day .... you do this every day .... 

Post an intro ... that way we get a chance to know you .... and again ... post to the Plebe scroll every morning as soon as you wake or get moving around

Fiz - on the positive side > you have one of my all time favorite avatars  ..... but my admiration stops there .... you have 1212 days quit and 1289 post .... when was the last time you contributed to any one thread on this site? ... no one here has the slightest idea who you are.  

Sure ... the only hard rule here is that you post to the scroll everyday .... but today you fucked that up and put yourself on the radar ..... you've  been the gray man for a long time, but your late late post today has brought your history of non participation to the surface .... Im sure i'm not the only one here that would like to see you contribute more .... why wouldn't you?
