David - 6 Cravings and urges are not bad.. I have found no problem fighting through them.. But my sleep is sure messed up.. 5 nights of very little sleep.. Any suggestions.. I have taken Tylenol PM but not helping much... Thanks..

David - Day 5.. Going to do this.. In 32 years of dipping.. This is the longest number of days without a dip... Previous high was like 3 days.. This streak will keep growing... I'm not going back... Heck I've already saved almost $30...
