    Hello, My name is Sin and i am an addict. Nic has been my vice since the age of 14 and i just turned 33 this month. I have stopped a few times with longest being 12 months. This time is dif. i am ready to relieve my self from this dependency and learn how to taste smell smile and enjoy life for what it is. P.S. wifey still smokes :(

      Welcome bro ... you can do this! Just worry about one day at a time. Anyone can quit for one 24 hours, right? Just concentrate on that ... 24 minutes if you have to. It gets soooo much better bro, invest in your quit!
