The question is, how are you going to handle it when you really quit dipping? Are you going to finally realize that previous stoppages you went through don't mean a damn thing, nothing! First and foremost before you quit dipping… before you post to the quit scroll... before any attempt at brotherhood or integrity, you have to reach down and find your nuts. Make yourself the promise that you have quit chewing tobacco, for good. When you have quit dipping, you will despise this addiction with every fiber in your body. 

You have to learn to hate it man. You have to despise this addiction more than anything you've ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Get mean with it. If you've ever made it more than a day with your previous stoppages, you know that it sucks. Grab your balls, man up and fight like your life depends on it for the next 72 hours or so because it does! Do not allow this shit to control you anymore, no more disgusting shit smelling breath, brown stains around your lips or spit bottles that look like liquid shit sitting around. Get yourself some fake if you have to, sugar free candy, seeds, gum whatever it takes to keep the dip out of your lip. Stay close to the site and read.


And the only method for quitting dipping that any of us have ever found to work is quitting cold turkey, with the help of other quitters. The method that we use here. It was hell because you didn’t know how to quit until now.
