Post your day one on the Plebe scroll. That is your promise not to use for the day. Make it EARLY each day. It's surprising how making that promise (to us, but more importantly yourself) each day can get you through some tough times ... as long as you are a man of integrity. The beginning is going to be tough ... you can use all the help you can get. I refuse to dedicate time and energy to your quit if you can't make the promise on the scroll. Get your ass on there!
