And this IS the right time to quit dipping, because the best time for quitting dipping is sooner than later. If you speak to the members here, all of whom have quit dipping, you will find that the only regret they have is not quitting dip sooner. They look back with disgust at the excuses they used to kick the can of quitting dipping down the road further. Here are some quick answers to some questions you might have if you haven't done a lot of reading on QuittingDip.com just yet: What is "Scroll"? - That is the name we have for the collection of promises to quit dipping, made by every member, every morning. What is a "Plebe"? - That's just what we call Noobs. If today is your dip quitting Day 1, you are a plebe the minute you decide to quit dipping AND put your name on the scroll. How do I do it? - Scroll down the page, find the box where you post down at the bottom. Put your name in the box, with a 1 next to it. Done. You don't even have to sign up right away to start quitting dip. What then? - You've made a promise not to use nicotine today. Keep it. Read shit on the site. Start an introduction.
